I am so proud of myself for having the initiative in Google-ing and reading the assigned articles for tomorrow's class :p Come on, when Mom's around, I cannot concentrate to do anything, manja sangat duduk rumah when everything's taken care of. hihihi.

(If anybody's not aware of my gedik updates on Twitter, she has been around for two weeks now, and I'm being a ~~spoiled brat~~ goodie girl! :p But nothing last forever, Mom's gonna be leaving me in a few days! Tssk. :( The best that I can do now is accompany her sorting out all the T-shirts, key chains and fridge magnets for the rest at home to have. Anything that would let me cherish the face-to-face moments with Mom, I'll take it :p

Resolutions for this year? Honestly, I don't really have a list, everything sort of in my head that I think it's kind of hard to spell it out.

Okay, maybe I have one that's sort of easy: I'll try to not hesitate in doing something that pops in my mind! Example: Writing entries in blogs! I'm sure you'll have that particular moment when suddenly you have everything pictured, How to put up the pictures, the catchy and cheeky phrases to use, brilliant ideas to express, and obviously the HIGHLIGHT (well, at least for me) the peculiar title :p Personally I love to create titles that are related to the post, but doesn't direct you to the purpose of the post, you get me? :p

So yes, that being said, I am trying my very best to be exquisite writers like the rest of you so that ~~I wont be like Mr Heckles in Friends, lonely and pathetic~~ :p

I already mentioned that I went to MUKTAMAR, along with that me and old and new acquaintances went for a road trip. Have to mention that I have more than 2000+ piccies in my hard drive that tak mampu nak edit semua on a single run. So, let's make it to two parts shall we, then there's more excitement to it :)

Oh yeah, by the way, I'm gonna make everything in extra large size. I'm showing the real deal now, travel dah jauh dah nie! :p

The next day, we ~~skipped~~ the first part of Muktamar :p, and continue our journey along The Strip, let me tell you, walking through all the buildings and looking inside requires time, so memang tak larat nak habiskan in one day! The good thing about Vegas is that everything is close to each other, and it is easy to reach by monorail. It might me a bit costly, but if you buy the 2/3 day pass it should save up a lot!

It was the last day of Muktamar, (hey, no judging on the piccies okay, I may have some but they're in my phone :p I had fun, the programs are not bad at all :) )

And the road trip begins! On our way to the first destination, we stopped by Hoover Dam, and the first thing pops in my mind was TRANSFORMERS! aha, I wonder where do they managed to put NBC 1 a.k.a Megatron inside. :p (Well, of course I know that was taped on a different site! Right? haha)

We didn't have much time to tour around, with all the traffic and a lot of people stopping by, we decided to just continue driving down to Arizona! So, this is obviously to be continued; next will be photos of the great Grand Canyon, Monterrey for whale watching, and San Francisco! :D

P/s: It's already the second day of class and I haven't done anything, help!

To date, I never felt more rejoiced; being all set and done with the semester has been overwhelming, nerve-wrecking but blessed as well I have to say. Despite of all the drama, panicking moments I faced throughout, praise to God, everything is goody good, I hope! :)

I'll be off to to Las Vegas in two days! can you believe that? All that I ever see or know about the city was through movies, or just in CSI Vegas TV show :p ehee! But they say that the lights are spectacular, which is a must see. But don't worry, I won't wonder off go to some gigantic casino hotel and randomly pull some slots. :p Actually, I'm going to Vegas for the annual Islamic retreat for 3-4 days, it's a collaboration between the Malaysian and Indonesian Islamic group established here in North America. Islamic retreat in the Sin City. Ironic much? :p I definitely think it's different from other things lined up before this. After that, me and the girls will go to LA, later to GRAND CANYON! *lompat2* :D Everything sounds... warm, no? haha. Minnesota's getting colder by the day, but it's very strange that there's no snow, in December! and hear this, Texas is experiencing snow! Maybe it will be cold too down south? hmm. Talking about global warming, after-effect of Irene hurricane and what-not. I'm just thankful I don't have to redah the bulky boulders of ice while walking out!

Some of the things I did to humor myself after the finals (either it involves food, crave for romantic scenes or just chilling :D)

Anybody remember Natasha/Shasha from KKB? Yup, has been and presently a senior of mine, from middle school, and then sambung to college. America is not that big i guess :p We literally rewind the past and laugh the hell out of it! Thanks again kak Shasha for the memories, remember, what is not to say MUST kept sealed! :p Oh, also went out wth Ainaa that night, hence the candid photos :p

I have to warn you that there will be loads of unnecessary pictures (or maybe vain ones) in this post but bare with me. Most of the time I update posts with lotsa of piccies, but now uploading it on Facebook has been a habit, sometimes I forgot that posting pictures up in my blog are much more fun, you definitely can rant and ramble about it! :p

So, for the last 4 days the University was closed for Thanksgiving break! Gahh, finally, some time to chill and relax, even though it's only 4 days, we here in Minnesota are dying to get some time off from school, (at least I am!) So, instead of me going anywhere, I decided to stay in, because look who's in town!

I have to say that this is not the best depiction of my friends coming over here, they are not here to see me, but only to berebut perencah nasi goreng -.-

Yeay, much better! :p Yes, Hannah and Nabilah came! *lompat2* It's been a while since the last time I met them, it was so fun catching up, and even they love my house! haha. Hannah cannot get over the fact that I sleep on a bunk bed, and she climbed on top as soon as she saw it. hihi. They were my room mates back in Intec, (with Angela of course) but she cannot make it because her boyfriend's in town, so me and Angela had to host for people, but in different places. Bummer. But who can say no to so called Bruno Mars? :p

So yeah, since the car can't fit me in to fetch them from the bus station, *looks at tummy* I went straight to Om's house to see them! It was Thanksgiving, the buses were not that frequent, I swear I cherished the moment when a 16 came, Alhamdulillah!

As I walked, it was so quiet and empty like it was an abandoned town full of ghosts or something. But then it came to my senses that mestilah orang balik kampung Ninie. Dush! -.- I miss holidays in Malaysia, won't feel so left out like this *cries*

But let's rewind a bit what I did to welcome you guys to my humble home:

Yup, that's my other roomie here in MN, she's just frightened that I will go ballistic if she didn't get those scrubbed off from oil stains. Yup, like a boss I say! hihi

We wanted to kemas2 the stash, it seems like there's a lot of things, junk or surpluses of food stock that we don't even need much! Tepung custard sampai 4 paket, really? -.-
Looks like we have to establish a bakery in our mini kitchen :p But one thing I found most useful and it got me up until 2:30 am:

Keyrone Google its usage, and it turns out it acts as a reducing agent, which means it freakking CLEANS almost anything! wee. I practically scrubbed everything in the kitchen, including the floors. Nobody can challenge my Cinderella mode that night :p

See the difference from the half right to the half left? I never thought the grease stains can be scrubbed off. Amazing!

Anybody that definitely came to my house with prior announcement would definitely gets me going on cleaning the house, for those that don't, what you see is what you get, the REAL deal :p

So Hannah and Nabilah arrived and we had dinner, and then after putting the bags down at my place, we stormed off to the mall for Black Friday. They didn't say anything about the kitchen pun. Pffft. *drags broom*

Oh, by the way, I remembered Tun taught me of a simple yet to-die-for dish way back and I was craving for it, so, walla!

Baked potatoes with mushroom soup!

It's definitely easy, brown the onions, mushrooms and mushroom soup in a pot, then layered the pan with sliced potatoes, cheese singles and the mushroom soup till top, make sure cheese is on top. Bake it at 160 degrees Celsius for one hour and you're all set!

One great thing about breaks is that the Malaysian students here will compensate our lonesome misery by having gatherings, again! We never get enough of it trust me; ~~free~~ good food, great people, what's not to love? :)

Last night, Ainaa came home not being herself, all cheerful and happy for no reason, with some groceries in her hands, even though she got home around 8:30 pm. Getting home that late was usual for her, but she'll end up whining about her wonderful life :p
Don't worry, I already warned her that I'm gonna mention her name here. So, it's practically sane of me *hides in closet*

Instead, she worked on this:

Kuih lapis/flat! :D I KNOW, so not her, right? She said that ~~I was soo sweet to her this couple of days, it's a sweet treat for me!~~ she wanted to try the recipe since she learnt to do it from one of our friends here in Minnesota.

While she's busy double-boiled the mix, I'm busy doing this:

Yup, finished half of a bag of marshmallows that we found in the food stash. Better now before it expires! The kuih lapis took a long time to be well-cooked, so I go straight to bed and leave with my tummy half full with the half bag of marshmallows.

Having much of time will do no good if it is not spent wisely, no? :p Salam, and hi fellow readers! *waving* Just a bunch of you guys reading my entries already made me a favor, ~~at least I don't have to worry NOT updating to much~~ I always be reminded to feather-duster my blog once in a while. :p Don't get me wrong, I LOOVVEEE to blog, but time is an issue for me sometimes. Ketuk kepala sendiri for not making myself available -_-

Alhamdulillah, just finished all of my midterms for now, currently homework-and-quiz -free and yet to finish one more paper for my history class, so for now, I have time :p Life and study has been treating me well, trying to make everything stress-free (i wish!) and embracing each obstacle like my drop dead best friend! One thing for sure is that this semester is definitely better than what I've faced before. Hope for more of the good times in the future! Did you remember that I talked about the 9/11 class that I was super nervous to even walk into the auditorium? It turns out to be in total opposite! Professor K*rj*n*n has helped a lot with me throughout the course. Can you believe that he actually give us, the non-native English speakers an option of just writing papers, and leave all the midterms, film analysis and THE FINALS to rest? The materials covered in class are actually hard to keep up with, especially when you don't have a strong background and knowledge in American History. (Seriously intec babies, American Cultural Studies (ACS) that we had was never half of what he's covering in class!) I already done with my first, nailed it proud to say (obviously on a level as a non-native speaker. hihi) I was writing about the backlash of 9/11; the impact towards the Muslim American society. It's interesting to observed how the attacks changed the perspective towards Muslims as a whole, even though it has already been a decade long. *geeky glasses*

Okay, moving on!

Here in Minnesota, and I'm sure this applies for everybody who's studying far from home, friends are the most immediate people that you certainly ~~can go and get a big hug and then runway after that~~ depend on :) No matter what you faced before during the day, it's great to have them around. I love when we have events to get people together; when people are busy eating and laughing their lungs out, me and my ~~jumbo~~ cute little camera starts to travel around snapping piccies :p Hey, it's always once in a lifetime moments, so yeah, everytime is always the first. recently we had AidilAdha celebration, not as fancy as Malaysians celebrate them, kami makan nasi Somalia sahaja. But it was good!

Most of my picture collections were posted in Facebook albums, so I find it no need to post it here as well ~~(Another way of me escaping the slow-mo of the uploading process!)~~ My lappie recently suka lagged tak tentu hala, so I guessed maybe skipping the mass uploading would do the trick.

Oh, since I mentioned that I don't really have to do that much by the end of the week, yesterday, Friday, I already show the lazy-side of me by meronggeng ke:

THE U of M BOOKSTORE'S GREETING CARDS' SECTION!

Some of you may think it's lame, but instead of going there to read books (which I don't really fancy, don't know why, again!) but greeting cards always enlightens me, that's why I encourage you to ~~give me cards for my birthday~~ to try and spend some time and just read what's inside. :p It's been a habit for me here for every other Fridays since my class is in 2 hours gap, and seriously, if I have a choice on a Friday, I won't go to the commons and open my books to read! Some may have inspirational quotes that help you to go through a really bad day, or just plain fun, random things scribbled down in a card. How I wish I can be one of the creative and talented people to actually came up with the idea, inspire somebody to find my card so special that he/she shares it with somebody else. How cool is that?

~The bookstore has a section that is specifically for toddlers and babies, I think I'm THIS close of buying baby Lana the panda :p~

I missed baby Lana on a lot of things! She's 7 months now, and she can crawl (or maybe mengengsot, to be precise) backwards! and to my amazement:

But thank God she's been a good baby whenever I call home, she always chuckles every time I called her. So yeah, you still have a shot of getting that panda missy! :p

Chilly wind wishes from Minneapolis, Minnesota :) Yup yup, already gone back for my second year, and couldn't be more homesick than ever! Seriously, I'm becoming more immature as I grow up. You want to tell me that I'm spoiled? Well, I already made that statement crystal clear. :p Gosh, I miss everything that I left home, I miss Mom start marah2 if makan bersepah2, or the way Dad make funny jokes, and Diya and Adam will always say the darnest things out of the blue that will cheer up the whole household :) Or the way my sisters menyakat but being loving at the same time to show how we love each other. Getting along with your closest friends on a shopping spree or a lunch date definitely gets me going, and I love how Mr A never fails to make me smile everyday with his charm. Honestly, I don't get that here, I would say none of us will get those precious moments if we are living in such distance with our loved ones. But something has to be gained, and also to be lost.

Patience is the key, that's the only thing that I hold on to throughout my freshman year. Again, with the immutability :p Nevertheless, I always thought, maybe I always feel that challenges selalu sangat datang and feeling pretty low, but I know that I'm one step closer to feel that Allah is watching and He definitely cares. Alhamdulillah. Maybe you can recall of your own "moment" and talk about it. Writing this post definitely makes me feel better. (Tapi still homesick jugak boley?) :p

Currently, I'm living outside at the living room. A whole space for my own pleasure of running, jumping and luring around :p The space is still a mess! My other roomie didn't arrive yet from Malaysia, I think she hasn't arrived yet from LA. Maybe tonight. After that, operasi mengemas tip top during the weekends! Classes are fine, I just found out that two of my classes will not have final exams! Even one of the lecturers mentioned "There will be no final exam. Enjoy an early winter break." haha. Even though there's gonna be two other courses that follows the rule of thumb of examinations *krohh2*, there's no hassle of cramping my brain between calculation of differential equations and the history of 9/11. :p

Oh, almost forgot to mentioned that I'm taking an American Studies class. it's called "The United States since September 11". I know, me, a Muslim, wearing hijab, aren't you afraid of enrolling in that class? :p Honestly, yes! Because the title sounds intimidating that I'm gonna feel awkward if they are going to talk about Muslims being accused as terrorists. But I'm going to give it a go, maybe it is not that bad? Besides, I have another freshman guy taking it too, a Malaysian, I feel somehow safe in that class :p

Expect a long update after this one, but it may took quite some time to do it, just like last year. I'm really sorry in advanced, but I'll try my best okay? Best of luck for everybody in starting/resuming their studies! Take care :)

Is the title even correct grammar-wise? aha. Whatever it is, believe it or not I AM GOING BACK TO THE STATES IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS! How time flies. *hantuk kepala dekat dinding* hissh. hate this part, where you have to drag the luggage down, take out all the junks that you'e been buying for the past 3 months out, (I literally mean junks! Who on earth buys a clock from Mydin nak bawak balik sana just because it is so cute?) *winks* and make sure it doesn't exceed the limit weight? Thankfully planes flying off to America allows you to have up to 46 kgs/100 lbs of baggage. Weee! More junks! :p But honestly, I haven't done any packing yet, and too bad I'm going back right after Eid, can't it be more hectic? to top it off, I haven't buy any school books for my Fall classes.*double sigh*
It gives me the chills sometimes to see most of my friends in other colleges have started school, saya tercongok kat Mesia lagi; a definite denial :D But this is chronic, at one time I was doing differentiation in my head just in case I forgot about it *bebal* teehee~

I believe that the A-level students has gotten their results by now and will be flying off pretty soon! Special dedication to dearest Durrah, she will be going to Ireland (I already told you that didn't I?), University College Dublin to be exact. Yeay, another country to visit! Insyaallah, if I have the money. heee. Congratulations yea!

Surprisingly she'll be flying off on September 3rd too, but the sponsor hasn't finalized her itinerary yet. What are the odds? I think the KLIA will be flooded with lots and lots of students and parents!

A few days ago on the 21st, it was my first ever niece's birthday. I think you already know who:

She's turning 5 this year! I always remember that day; I was with Tun at the hospital while watching the live broadcast of Datuk Siti Nurhaliza's solemnization on TV3. Dari pukul 10 am I think, while doing Maths practice test, (I was taking PMR that year) until 9 pm, when she's finally out! But it was worth the wait! Who can say no to that precious-but-macam-baby zombie-looked-face? :P

So me and the sisters planned to create a treasure map of all of the gifts that is "hidden" around the house! courtesy of Alla of the presents!

Just a random thought, I feel that I have the keen to write only about what is happening around me, like family outings etc., but never on current events! "What ever will be, will be". That defines what am I feeling at this moment. Sometimes you'll reach to a point that you will let fate lead its way, which Allah is the one and only entitled for. It doesn't matter if it is a good or a bad thing, never doubt the Eternal power. Personally, spending Ramadhan with my loved ones this year meant a lot to me, thank you Mom, for making me remember what has been lost before it is too late. :)

Love to update more but all of the sudden hujan lebat sangat2 with the thunder and lightning all over, I think Mom will switch of the Internet modem :p Maybe tomorrow? Good night, sleep tide, don't let the bed bugs bite! (Always love that quote. hee)

I was suppose to update this along with my list of longg posts today, but suddenly something happened, somebody literally pulled off my "good mood" plug. No worries, I had my whole life getting used to it. haha. Long posts, sounds like Ninie's typical style of blogging. :p

So, credits to Moon that started this (you're not in any trouble, not until I hit any "Buy" button for online shopping! hee) but she posted on her purchases, reminded me of Mom and Dad belanja me tops yesterday for baju raya/farewell pressie nak berangkat balik ke America. Yes people, 20 more days. *double sigh*

Somehow I'll feel my heart cried a bit whenever somebody says they have things to do after Raya:

e.g "Lepas raya bla balabala nak kahwin" or "Lepas raya la kita perg visit blablablabala" and "Kita hangout lepas raya la"

The common thing about these statements is that I won't be around! Nak jugak ikut pergi orang kahwin/visit/hangout! *stomping feet* Yes, even though I don't know the person. hee :D

Goodness, last weekend was a bliss! I think my last post didn't do justice about how did my Saturday and Sunday went. I thought that it's going to be just plain, ~~me and Izy babysitting Lana while her mommy went out, :p hee,~~ but something exciting and really caught me off guard happened! hee.

TUN FINALLY RETURN HOME! (after 4 longg years (at least for me) doing her PhD)

The exciting and surprising part was that she didn't tell us that she's coming home early! We should be expecting her say 2 weeks to Eid, but this is much better! I wished I could pick her and my little angels at the airport but she gamed on us and komplot with Alla. And the worst part is that she specifically did not want to tell me, since I'm going back to the States on Sept 3rd, so better "be the last but certainly not the least" kind. -.- Me and Izy stayed at home while Alla and my brother picked them at KLIA. Balik2 I definitely heard somebody's voice, but it was certainly not familiar, we just thought that maybe a friend of Alla's ke nak tengok baby, but suddenly...

DIYA POPS IN! haaaaaa, so much for a friend! :D

Mom and Dad that went out for lunch pun was soo surprised! Mom didn't recognize Icha when I lift her to the front door. The first thing came out of her mouth was "Nie anak siapa nie?" *laughs* Mom sangat chomel teehee. :p Yes, we haven't seen Icha for a while, because the last time when she was 6 months, now she's turning two! So, I excused Mom for not able to recognize her without Fring or Skype as a medium. ~~Padahal saya pun tak recognize juga at first!~~ :p
So, to celebrate, Alla has already made reservations for dinner!

It is good when everybody is here, together :)

On Sunday, me and Durrah went to Nikki's, she invited for home cooked lunch! Mr A always believe to the very core that free food tastes best! Well, I have to agree with him and adding to the fact that Nikki's a great cook, she has it in her blood! ~~is this too much for getting another big batch of Tiramisu?~~ *larikkk* :p
Thanks Nikki for the treat, I'm sure not to forget this!

Nevertheless whether it is a yes or a no, I am still proud of you, all of us are, at least there's somebody is opening her own derm clinic, rather than dreaming of running a hospital! :D *whistles to the rest* (You see, we had this dream of owning a hospital, when everybody wants to be a doctor! hee I'm still confused why they always say I should take charge psych ward or something -.-)

Reading other peoples' updates makes me want to update some, but the problem is I'm freakkking lazy to have to wait for the piccies to be uploaded, or saying the right things, rearranging the plan of telling you about one particular story. (Yes, more LAME excuses from me!) :p I do have stories to be told; ~~like the time I peed in my pants when I was 13~~ I went to Redang Island for the second time last weekend, snorkeling all the way baby!

p.s: The pee-in-the-pants story, that was ancient, abaikan. :p

I'll tell you all about it okay, in my next post, today I feel like relaxing since it's been raining heavily almost throughout the day. ZZzzzz~ I'll leave you guys with this video clip of mademoiselle, priceless!

This past few days I was being such a bed freak; (is there any terms such as that? *confused*) pantang nampak katil or bantal for that matter, I want to lie down and then sleepp, especially after a longg day taking care of Baby Lana. (Hey, even though I have subs it doesn't mean I don't feel tired! Kakak, tak potong gaji kan? :p) So, there's go my illegitimate reason for not updating with new posts) teehee :p But definitely I have some stories to share. Bare with me!

1) Last Saturday, I followed Mom and Dad to two wedding receptions. aha, yes, I am the obedient little minion that still follow my parents around! but I'm proud of it. haha. So the first one was their juniors' daughter's reception. It was so lovely, really love the color of the close relatives and family were wearing, it was baby blue, but much more elegant and pretty-cute kind of way. I think I'm gonna temporary-book that color for my own wedding *oopsie*. I'm sorry I don't have pictures though, I was mesmerized by the setting, they held in at their home, but since it was a corner-lot house, they have access to the huge road in front! Jimat duit, no need to rent a big hall for sure. (Or maybe I didn't take pictures because of the delicious cuisine?) hehe. So, move on to the second house, this one is a high-end risk I took by going there.

For those kkb babies my batch that have crushes on our Form 5 seniors, you are about to freak! :p Somehow, one of my seniors is related to me. (you see, this fellar's (the senior) brother, is married to my sister-in-law's sister) get it? So technically my parents knows his parents by that relation. Talking about the world is tiny! So his reception was fulll of the his friends a.k.a the seniors! I know they DEFINITELY don't recognize me, but I cannot help by not having the aura of being watched. Skoopies! (But in case anybody from the wedding felt suspicious, I was the girl wearing the dark purple baju kurung and pip-toed wedges jalan tunduk everytime walking pass those 3 tables!) hehe. Watching them growing so old, really reminds me that I'm old too! *faints* In the next 5-10 years I'll be them, attending my friend's wedding reception. Or would it be me? *runs away*

2) Last Monday or was it Tuesday, I went for another minor eye surgery to remove my small cyst that is trapped under my bottom right side of my left eye. I think if you read my last year's post, I did it once, but the little-bubble-oil gland of mine was clogged again. Well, it didn't hurt that much, but I feel so akward for it to be under my eye for the rest of my life! So, I decided to remove it, even though I have cold feet before that, what if the doctor tersalah cucuk masuk anak mata? erkk! But Alhamdulillah, the procedure was fast and it does not hurt after they have given sedation (now, THAT part hurts!) But don't worry, I'm A-OK! :D

~I'm wearing glasses just in case my contacts got contaminated :p~

~Good as new!~

p.s: Adam really has a passion of being a doctor, every time he will always ask me to play pretend. So fun!

When we were fifteen

I remembered one Saturday night, my besties and I back in boarding school pulled up our comforters, tikar, pillows, teddy bears and what not to the center of the dorm block; it is an outdoor,open-spaced badminton court. All the roll calls whether it is day or night were held there, situ la juga tempat kene marah or bebel by the wardens (not that I'm complaining, hihi), and also for people to just lay back and gaze at the stars at night. So yup, we did on that Saturday sampai 3 am I think. We had so much fun talking, eating and teasing each other, it was a lot of fun. Of course, right after Nikki decided to go for daily school we never felt more empty and incomplete, in addition to the rumble up MRSM placements after PMR. It seems like yesterday we went to school together, panjat tangga Batu Caves. For you fellow kkbians, you're feeling me? *back in the hood mode* hehe So, since then we were so caught up in the feeling of spending time together, but of course, everyone was scattered through parts of the world that it is hard for us to meet up. So, Durrah hosted a sleepover, it's complicated to explain but cut short, she found a place to stay, FOC wee~ :p

But sadly it is not us together as a whole,due to inevitable reasons, but we are up for another sleepless night sleepover some other time!. So, it is just Durrah, Adila, Nikki and I in the crew. We didn't do much since there isn't much to do. ~~(Or because we stayed up all night reminiscing the past then bangun lambat?) haha~~. But we had fun nevertheless!

That night, we didn't sleep right away, ungkit semua kisah2 lama, the great ones, the bad ones, the funny ones, the sad ones, EVERYTHING! my kind of thing, pillow talk all the way, since we haven't been updated with each other for so long! (I've been saying that a thousand times, but it is the truth! :D)

The next day we went to Sunway Pyramid to watch Transformers 3. Yes, i know, we are so outdated, hee but I have to say, hands down! totally epic and it is literally back-to-back action! Adila sampai kata "I tengok sampai rase bile nk habis nie?" there's always surprises all the way. I almost thought that the Autobots have raise the white flag. *sobs2 isk2*

I have always hate Mondays, and even worse, I super duper hate Sundays, because it will give me the cold feet of Mondays; whether I've already finished my assignments, or have I ironed my school uniform and hijab during high school years :p *flashback* But yes, Sundays. *evil stare* hee. Even though I'm back for summer break pun I feel nervous tak tentu pasal! Gosh, looks like it still haunts me until now. But but but, I finally filled my Sunday, spesifically today with this:

It all started when I was soo lazy to get my bump up for bath. Then I switch on my lappy, browse..browse..facebook..twitter..blog..youtube.....HUH, Hijab tutorials! terus grab some of my shawls and start working on some styles. And tak mandi ye, not justyet :p So, dah penat lilit lilit I hit the showers, solat, then continue, only this time Izy and Alla joined! But I was the most excited one. One hijabi-craze lass. erk! But I enjoyed it for sure. Almost finished because my hands are tired out of naik atas lilit lilit Izy said, "Ninie put some powder on, I want to snap piccies" Snap snap snap, the next thing I know every piece is eligible to be my next profile picture on Facebook/Twitter *vain* haha. Joking, come on, can you see my so-kecik-in real life-but-huge-in-piccies KETUMBIT? I literally have to ask Mr A which picture is nicer, and he chose the one on Facebook. haha Nevertheless,it was so much fun! See, how your Sundays can be from meaningless to meaningful? :)

Ouh yes, I will also love my Monday tomorrow because I'll be busy with packing for a sleepover! Wuhoo, girls nyte, auuwww! * coyote cries* :D Me and my girls have planned this mini getaway since we're 15. Lama tak lama? So, yup, it finally came true, (well, some of them cannot make it due to work, or family vacay), it's okay, maybe next time. :) For the rest, game on bebeh! *poms2* Ouh yes, mentioning game reminds me to take out Monopoly. hee

Before the worst

As cheesy as it sounds, I had one of the worst nights of all. This is not just some muscular cramps that you usually have when it hits the time of the month, this is worse. Okay, too much the word "worse/worst" in one paragraph. haha. But seriously, here me out. -.-

The last two days I wasn't really feeling myself. Extensive nausea and the wind inside my body raged to come out, at one point I felt that it has blocked my breathing. Punyalah sesak nafas I cannot sleep. and yes out of all nights, Izy sprained her ankle out of playing squash earlier. Usually Lana change her nappy at 1 am, so to do that, I had to wake Mom. Sorry! :p (Okay, boleyla nak gelak2 macam nie but I literally cried sebab sakit last night angin2 badan I burped like an old lady!) and to top it off, my temperature spiked again to 38 degrees. :'( gosh! Somehow, when things get tough I'm glad that Alla and Essam's coming home tonight, night off! hihi, kidding. Lana actually's the main concern, if me nor Izy feeling any better, die jugakla yang menangis extra lama sikit for us to to get up and feed her. So, it's good to have an extra hand or two to help. (I'm just one room away anyways!) Besides, I know they're missing their lil mademoiselle by now :)

Back to the story where I had difficulty to sleep, so Mom massaged me, and I managed to vomit dinner last night. haha. I have to say that was relieving, but the process to get it all out was N A S T Y. -.- After that I managed to sleep until 4:45 am, fed Lana and put her back to sleep. (Luckily she wanted to!) hihi. But the fever I experienced was hell, so I decided to just take a cold shower after that. Tak pernah2 la mau mandi pagi unless it's school or any formal reasons; e.g pergi ceramah driving ke lols. later in the afternoon we all went to the clinic to get checked up, and for me, there's a lot of reasons for this:

1) Irregular eating habit (Yes, do not skip meals people, or else you'll end up burping out of wind,

not on a full tummy!)

2) Constipation. (please do not delay your time to go to the toilet, if you have to go, then you really HAVE to go!) :p

3) Some kind of gall bladder problem, but that had to be checked out of ct scan.

Just to check one by one, maybe a healthy diet that involves fruits and veggies would do the trick! and some yogurt. :D wish me luck!

Is it okay to start things all over again?

Everybody's tweeting or having Facebook status about today's weather. I'm pretty sure that all around KL is experiencing rain today, which I truly love, especially in the morning when the sun didn't get the chance to come out. Well, another excuse of waking a bit late than usual. Usually 6:50 ish to 7 am I'm already downstairs hunting for food. :p But today, nope, snuggling under the covers still, and the next thing I know, baby Lana's already ready for her next nap! lols But it is not THAT late, I still can get up to write this post haha.

How time flies, I've finished my 1st year in college, Alhamdulillah. So far, the journey has been overwhelming, exciting, and surprising as well. I would say studying abroad and being alone physically has taught me well, maybe it's too early to tell, but for me, it has, and honestly, I'm grateful for everything that has happened for the past year, even though people took me for granted or has done some hurtful things. (Or maybe I allow people to hurt me?) huh. but yeah, tears has been shed, nevertheless, as I walk down the memory lane, I smiled. :)

Many of you asked why I kept my blog private for so long, or maybe not updating it for a while. Maybe I was too afraid all this while for people to know what has happened. I was foolish at that time. But what the heck, nobody's perfect, and nobody can ever run from calamities. So, I can say that this is one of my ways of embracing it. Breath, and you'll be okay, even for a half of a second. So, yeay, I'm publicize my blog again! *poms2* Insyaallah I'll update as much as I can okayy? (Macam ade orang kesah Ninie -.-) haha.

Currently, I am busy babysitting my super cute-ngap2-baby niece, Lana. She's turning 3 months todayy! :D Nothing big, she's just going to put away all of her newborn rompers and change for bigger ones. hehe, yes, she once has been accused for being a 5-month-old baby even though she's barely 3 months! All I can say that she's fit as a fiddle little baby :)

Today is the scond day of class, and I'm freaking out! Mane taknye, I have two lib eds subjects that requires TOO MUCH OF READING that kills me! memang sangat dramatic, but it's the truth. I'm thinking of dropping one of them, bayangkan you have to write 5-8 pages of Rome history of every other week in lecture time, tanpa tengok buku ok! ready upper hand. kalau 1-2 pages boley blah lagi. adoii -.-So, I'm thinking of barging his class- food: safety, risk, and technology. Tengok macam senang. hee Tak tahu la, just want to check it out. :)

AND OF COURSE, a special birthday shoutout to my so-perasan-muda-but-dah-tua sissy Izy! she's turning 2? (see, I still have mercy on ya by not telling your REAL AGE :p) but,still, hope you'll have a blast, selamat demanding bende2 best while t lasts! :D So, your birthday pressie would beeee...

KATIL BARU! heee. Hey, keep up with me okay? Before this tidur dalam sangkar je tau. -.- (okay, melampau sangat tuh). Let just say that my room before nmpak macam orchid shed/nursery that sells pokok2 bunga berpasu itu. Yeah, according to Mom again of course :)
Our landlord told us that he kesiankan kami tidur atas lantai aja, macam merempat. hee. and the best part is, it's free! :D holy camoly! okay la, before this we wanted to move next year, reason: TAKDE KATIL. but since he's so kind to give us one each, terus nk sambung next year's lease! hahah. melampao sgt. Oh well, at least rent murah ajo and he said that he didn't intend to raise the rent, so great! thanks Tony! :))
We were so psych sampai terus kemas rumah (correction: bilik ajo) and terus buat movie night atas katil baru and lampu oren macam dalam hotel gitu. hee :D

Maybe takla se singnificant others problems that you guys endured, but I know how serious it was that changed me from being from the happy-go-lucky girl to the dead-end-nowhere-else to-go-to girl. (Lame idiom. lols) so, CRAPPY auras now, shuh2 go away! ;)

I'm focusing on having liberal eds this semester, walaupun amibil pass/fail aja, but still, they are challenging enough!

Too many promises has been broken, i know. :p But I cannot help it when you stay up too long for a movie to be downloaded, and getting eager to watch one when it finishes, and tido lambat, bangun lambat la saya! so, by the time it reached noon, I'm driven to go over the same vacay cycle again! You just can't help it, am I right or am I RIGHT?! huhu. Well, since I still have 1 more week to spare, I'll gather up what I have been doing for the last 3 weeks!

1) Movies, movies and more movies!
Location: My second-hand-but-super-comfy-mattress! Note: No bed okay, tilam sahaja. lols Since the landlord bagi katil double decker yang sangatla tinggi, and impossible sangat if saya mau bergegas ke kelas if terlambat (bayangkan nk turun mase seda2 pun takut, apatah lagi masa mamai2 -.-)

2) Shopping, guilty as charged!
My friends sume di Minne nie semua pakat ade pergi vacation sendiri, mostly to California and Florida, (duhh, escaping the cold is such a relieve!) However, I didn't get a job pun before, and rather than that, baik simpan duet balik Malaysia! (and shop bende2 ~~necessity~~ yang tak patut! :p)

~H&M belt, sangat suka!It goes with everything, like most of my clothes, sangat BERBALOI!~

Have you ever feel that you're STUCK in the middle of a spontaneous statement or question by someone yang you sendiri tak bley nk jawab, or response, and in the end what you ended up saying jadi busuk gle, and you didn't meant it. I wanted to tell you guys the WHOLE story, masalahnya, belog ini public! susahla. haih. Okay, so, basically I'm going to make this private, seriously! Penat dah buat tebal muka, kat blog like nothing's happened, but things do happened, bad ones. I do not want to offend anybody, tapi kalau dah asik saya je yang kene tak fair jugak kan? I know you're smart and all, but, there are feelings involve, fragile ones, and basically you're too smart to notice that I'm offended. I know, you mmg pandai, like seriously no doubt but that, so mmg Allah nk bagi rezeki tuh kat awak. Saya mmg tak dipilih nk jadi exceptional like you.

Buat sakit tengkuk je nak tengok format apa perlu guna. -.- However, no worries about that, at least not now since I'm done with my FINALS AND THE FIRST SEMESTER! *lap peluh* It's been so long I've waited for this moment, sangat kot, I mean, who can stand homework yang tak pernah nk habis itu, with midterms all over the place. Not including the DRAMA yang berlaku in the process. Seriously, you do not want to know. (Okay, I'll tell you :p) Pernah kah anda kene bailed by your own partner in the last minute of a final project is starting?! Okay, so enough of talking about backstabbers, let's move on. :) The winter break lasts for just a month, *sobs* but I'm gonna spend every single minute by anything fun, walaupun sangat la SEJOK kat luar tuh. Since we're done with the finals, me and my roomies went Downtown to have some dinner at a fancy restaurant (walaupun saya dah la tak mampu sangat sekarang, duet dah sengkek, tapi nk jugak!) :p
and since Christmas is on the way, it's a tradition here to have a parade, tengah2 sejuk nie pun ada; guys, gals, kids, momies, daddies, even grandparents pun ada juga to watch the parade! semangat kan? I did some editing in the pictures, biar lighting chantek sikit! But, it would never be enough nk jd SANGAT2 lawa, so still working on that. :p

The last entry was, in September maybe? :p So, yeah, basically I'm history for some of you people, but i'm trying my best in putting as much as words I can now! *putting on my thinking cap while writing this* ngee

Life at the U has been far crazy, challenging, and intimidating as well. Siapa kate duduk overseas senang? *geleng2 kepala* Now I feel regret of usik2 my sisters and brother for being so far away form home before when they were studying abroad. :D amik ko Ninie, kene selepuk. -.- huhu. Patient is the key if you ask me; watching my other siblings pergi and balik, if they can, so can I. :) tapi lamanya lagi! erk! tetapi saya buley balik summer nanti right Daddy?;) I'm saving some money now, tgk nie:

Speaking of families , I never had the chance to say congratulations to Izy for finishing up her Honors, and I believe she is now guling2 dalam selimut at home as we speak. Ulat gonggok! :p sila bekerja dengan kuat selepas ini so that you can get your butt down here to visit me! :D and make sure to tell me the second you know the family's future-new-comer's sex from Cinderalla, I can't wait to splurge him/her! And Tun, I bet you're having a blast with Daddy around. super jealous please? :( and what did he get for Diya now? more African friends I persume? ;) Ouh, and yeah, Along, did you remember we always sent emails when you were in Oz? Hello...is it me you're looking for... *singing one of the evergreen songs* :p lol. Okay, cheezy intro. -.- Heyya! It has been quite some time that I haven't updated my blog. yup2, have to agree with that. But you have to forgive me, it is not easy when you're surviving in a foreign country alone for the first time! huhu. Definitely a hustle! With the moving in and out of the house, and buying stuff, and returning them. Yes here, memang seronok kalau shopping, just similar in the UK, good solds ARE RETURNABLE! *referring to most of Malaysian shop receipts where they state in in CAPITAL LETTERS* :p huhu.

So far living here, I would say good, so far. Of course you just have to bare with the new things and people that come along. As long as I have contacts with my family, friends and Mr A back home, I'm okay. So Daddy and Mommy, I'm doing ok, for now :) Maybe the tension will heat up when class starts, which is TODAY! I'm freaking nervous! my two roomies dah pun pergi ke U, saya dudok rumah lagi tunggu masuk waktu solat, then off I go! tada! :p

p/s: Tuesday sahaja yang free pagi, yang lain, penuh ye.

Halo! yes, another blog post without concerning the actual date of events that happening here. -.-. Ya Allah, tolongla jangan saya apply bende nie dalam assignments jugak, this is BADDD :p huhuh. Well, tup tap tup tap, I'm flying off in just a few days. I thought i was on Saturday, but recently M*R* tukar on Sunday pula. tu pon tak official lagi. No that I'm not excited about it, (since it is postponed for 1 day. lol) but they haven't give the details yet!

Itinerary, nada? Seriously, this last minute updating people about FLIGHT DETAILS is starting to annoy me. Takla, I have friends and family too you know, (which has been asking for like a gazillion times when is my flight, transit mane, yada yada), and I myself pun curious! -.- Selagi tak confirm, I won't start packing! heee

But, nanti bile dah confirm ngade2 pula tak mao pergi. :p

So, sekarang, sebok memunggah all the winter coats and sweaters yang lama2 *whistles at Cinderalla and Izy* :p Kene recycle ye, Mama said since I'm the last child will be flying off, and paling jauh pula itu. -.-. huhu. But do not worry, sampai sana saya beli juga! *gedik* :D

Ouh, groceries shopping di Malaysia juga idak dilupakan, as always fooodstuff is very2 important! Not that i'm a pro cook, :P but in the making. (Penuh dengan perencah nasi goreng je basically, cina, belacan,kampung,ikan bilis, you name it!) :p lol and also lain2 la. hee

I'm also busy transferring all the data from the new lappy to a NEW one! but o be frank, I love my old one. Maybe because the function is more user friendly kot, and I already familiarize wit it, so.. yeah.. but not to worry, I'm handing it to somebody reliable. hee. Yes, i am BEHIND with capital letters ya, behind of everybody. -.- bayangkan ya, semua dah sebok2 nak packing2 pergi, haku baru terkedek2 nk isi borang! oh yes, in case you're lost of my track of story, trust me, I'm much more worst! :( everybody is like freaking nervous nak bawak ap to the States, or memikirkan brapa banyak pack Maggi yang perlu diangkut (i know some of you do fret about this :p), saya pula menggelabah borang tak siap, ( just in the process of getting the signatures and all ) and a bunch of stuff that i feel macam nak buang jauh2 and menyorok belakang almari.-.- but, yup this is THE reality and I have to face it. huhu.

And MASA naik concord ke apa cepat sangat travel? I'm just trying to catch things up, just hoping to finish everything by next week, then, terus busy2 packing pula, and some shopping to do..

Hello peeps! Okay, that sounded cheezy. :p lol. Yup2, I'm in Cardiff now, tak mandi lagi, and it's bright sunny outside eventhough it is only 8 am, serioulsy! -.- It is summer time here alright! (but it is also windy, sejuk juga sometimes, but not like in the horrible winter time) huhu

Day 3 and I already splurge myself! macam mane nak save for a new handbag? huhu. Izy, Tun, Cinderella, tulun! :p heee.. but everything here is super duper better stuff than at home, and it certainly tak rase belanja because of the currency, yang penting jangan convert ok..,you'll feel less guilty when buying goods. :D

Icha has grown, and Cinderella, die tak gemok la! hahah. tinggi je I think, just like her big sister Diya, which makin meninggi since the last time I saw her. Definitely a model figure. huhu

Halo! I'm sure some of you (menunjukkan kepada Izy the most) are dying to see the new member of the family. You heard me! huhu. but first thing first, alhamdullillah, the results are in, and i passed! Yeay! *joget2* so, lepas la nk fly. wee~ and for that Izy telah berjanji untuk belanja saya beli camera baru, which I already bragging about it for so long.. :D but I haven't introduced it yet, so, here it is!

Rise and shine! I just woke up, and today, due to change of plans and some unavoidable circumstances, I'm technically free today! (Yup, another boring day of course) :p Duduk rumah sahaja kot, be a good girl. hee. Ini adalah kerana saya telah keluar hang out dengan kawan2 semalam smpai balik malam, tapi tak lewat sangat, this is all due to the longggg journey yang tidak sengaja berlaku from the start. (Boys and gals yang tahu cerita, you know what I mean) *wink2*

Huhu. Yup, Hanan, Tikah, Nabilah, Arep, Sapek and I went out to grab a bite at Del*cio*s. Okay, sebenarnya kami ingin buat surprise upcoming birthday party bagi cuppie cake babies, Nabilah and Tikah! Wee! :D Disebabkan I'm not going to be around for a couple of weeks by the end of July, (did I tell you guys I'm visiting Diya nnt? super excited!) so, there's NO WAY for me t to let them celebrate it WITHOUT ME! hell no! :p so, we yang 4 ketul nie (as quoted by Nabilah) plan!

I'm sorry guys, takde la mengada2 nak tipu, tapi takkan nak spoil the surprise kot! Dengan kerjasama semua crew2 and also kerana seseorang itue spoil mood aku untuk menyanyi "Happy Birthday" song secara orchestra dengan menumpahkan air ice lemon tea nya, (which is the HIGHLIGHT of the surprise!), nevertheless, i was a blast! *grin* Love you guys lots!

Haha! yes, Tun, I think you're right! :p I am hopeless romantic! (Ouh, if you guys did not know the story, let's just say that I dig WAY TOO MANY romantic movies these days, (tak kesahla, comedies, or action, tapi bersangkut paut dengan romance) and she labeled me as hopeless romantic. :p) Let's see..

I think that my skills of blogging nie makin berkarat, sebab tuh tak update, buley? :p arhh, another lame excuse for me for not updating. Masalahnye takde baju pown nak pakai, and I have well, less than a week to hunt for one. Luckily, Nabilah offered to bring me and Hannah shopping gitue. Thanks hun! But yeah, I do not know where to start.

Of course, things are going to be very, i mean, very limited for me to wear because I'm wearing hijjab. Bye2 everything that are cute, but SHORT! :P Hee.. maybe I'll go for winter, tapi takkan la nak pkai baju2 sejokk kot masuk for dinner, busuk je.. lol maybe i can wear short pinafores with leggings? no? argh, i need help!

I do not know what came over me, jealousy, dissatisfaction, and most of all, hatred. One question, why do people have to be so damn nice, but in return they will always get back what they 'deserve'. Which is nothing. Nada. zero, zlich. Seriously, I do feel (yup,currently) being trashed by some people that I do consider close. Please readers, do not be too offeneded, it's the the hormones and emotions talking, it will fade away, they always do.

I always wish that things can go my way, just for once. Call me ungreatful, but I'm sure that you have been experiencing this situation before. Being from somebody, to nobody. Being used, or manipulated for one's own good.. I just cannot understand, have I done bende yang teruk sangat sampai kene balik macam nie? Karma much? You tell me.

Of course, after this, everything will be back to normal kan? I'll just be the little outsider that lingers around waiting for nothing I guess. Things will never go my way from now on. I think I never told anybody about this, but yeah, I do wish my life can be a wonderful fairytale.. Reality just isn't working for me right now. They suck. I suck.

I'm soo not good in keeping my word for current updates -.-. I'm really sorry, one day i was soo obsessed with keeping up with the current updates, then there were the time I would rather doze off.. *grin* Okay, so what's new? Academic-wise, I'm coping with Calculus, so far so good, just have to keep up with the plan. Okay, I know this is soo UNNECESSARY, but, perlu bagi tahu.. hee.. :p

I just browsed some web pages, tetiba die link ke Google Images for great pictures taken with powerful cameras..(Ala, camera yang besar gedabak tersebut, but you can obtained wonderful pictures out of it. hee) yes, so I thought, I don't have a camera of my own and since in the upcoming years I will have great times with great people in great places.. hee.. so, I've decided to buy one. (well, tunggu duit cukup? err)

Nikon DSLR D5000!! huhu.. This 12 Megapixel baby has been equipped with video cam as well, with cool functions that I don't really know how to interpret, but I'm willing to learn.. *wink2* ngee.. Daddy once told me that I love to take pictures, (explains the many and many pictures i've posted in blogs), and my friends juga notice that part of me, so, why not persue, but with the help of a *ehem2* good gadget. ;)

hmm, duit? mane nak cari? This cause me 3K :(

Maybe I'll have to wait until I'm in the States, maybe buy one on eBay..,buley? :p huhu.. ouh well, sesi berangan's over. back to reality now!

I'm definitely and certainly, officially 19! :p one-nine. that's a soon-to-be huge number. Oh well, that does not stop me to kick some butt and have some fun! I have to agree, age is just a bunch of digits, it's just how you plan live it. ;) So, what did I encountered on my birthday? Drama, and more drama! Seriously, kadang2 your friends are soo UNPREDICTABLE..! and pandai berlakon too.. so, here it goes!

After class, which habis at 10.30am, (and kebetulan lecturer Calculus saya berbesar hati memberi homework yang tidak seberapa banyak) :p, I went to the library to finish off semua kerja yang di beri. Hell no, i'm not going to spend my birthday buat homework ye, sekian terima kasih. *wink2* hee.. Meet up Atikah and Ainaa at the library, they said had to studied for their Calculus quiz.. So, my roomies, Nabilah, Hannah and Angela decided nak bawak saya pergi celebrate at the Gardens, maybe grab a bite and catch a movie or something. So, okie la.. saya pun bersetuju.. Akan tetapi, Angela tiba2 tak buley pergi, sakit perut katanya..(hint2) so, okayla, kami bertiga.. And then, kebetulan Hanan (watak baru), kata nak tumpang Nabilah, nak jumpe kawan die dekat Mid Valley, dah alang2 tu tumpang. The funny part was, Nabilah bawak kereta punye la slow, seriously! I was like, " Minah nie asal drive slow, kate bawak M*ni Co*per, maseh slow? :p huhu.. ini hint no.2 untuk saya perasan ade surprise party. hee.. tapi cool ajor..

So, bila sudah sampai, kami pergi solat sebentar, and not long after that, Hanan had to go, peluk saya punye kuat macam takkan jumpe... pelik jugak, but Hanan mmg suke huggie2 orang, so bukan hint yang obvious.. hehe.. So, we went up to the Gardens...The gurls insisted to makan dekat TGIF..I agak hesitate, sebab mahal satu (mereka nak belanja), and I had something else in mind...heheh..but one time wouldn't hurt. :p lagi 50 meter ke TGI's, tetiba kene stopped by two ladies yang nak promote their kedai yang buat treatment muke.. bersungguh2 nie, seriously tempting, RM30, for massage,facial, and treatment kurus2 itue. Since takde pape nak buat, I macam nak agree tau. (busuk, i know.. :p, but the way they persuade macam best je package tuh..hee) but sebelum nak cakap2 ape, the gurls dah buat muke menyampah, kate tak nak2..., tapi saya nak.. :( (don't worry, just for that split second *grin*) we went in, and ttbe......

All of my closest friends were there! seronok and surprise juga! Hanan was there too! But Angela punye case, mmg tak tpoo, she ttbe sakit perut and can't make it. (Wish you were there too to celebrate!) Ainaa and Atiqah, so much for their CALCULUS QUIZ! tak study pown petang itue.. The guys we there too; Arep, Cawak, Mc and Sapek. Thanks to Sapek yang sanggup bawak mereka semua, (dengar cerita berhimpit2 dalam Br*b*s) :p thanks again :)

As the birthday girl, I had to sing! Aiyoo! and also blow the candle dengan jarak jauh..seriously! huhu.. but it was soo much fun! ;) nak lagi, nak lagi! :D Gosh, thanks so much to all, Nabilah, Hannah, Tikah, Ainaa, Hanan, Mc, Cawak, Arep and Sapek! sangat2, I appreciated it a lot. let's do it again someday! hanging out, i mean. hee

4 hours left, and honestly I do not know what to expect this year for my birthday. Well, actually, to be exact, lagi 9 jam, but what the heck? the faster the better. :p hee.. I remember this because my sisters cerita di sebalik tabir apa yang berlaku on that day. Mommy sakit bersalin, (I think) so Daddy yang bawa ke clinic, and Alla tanye, "Mama mane?", and Tun/Along dengan confidentnye menjawab "pergi beli roti canai" lol.. Pukul 5 am beli roti canai? MAJU! hehe.. But, setelah lama parents tidak pulang2, rupanya bawak balik adek yang chomel lagi cute *coughing* balik umah.. hee :p did you know mak saya initially wanted to named me as Ruzana? Or was it Ruzaina? err -.- I love Ruzaini better! (naseb baik tukar Mommy) *grin*. Walaupun diejek sebagai nama lelaki, however, i survived.. ;)

What else is significant on that day? Oh, yeah, the thing is, I'm the only child yang lahir dekat clinic, semua berbidan di estate2 ladang kelapa sawit sahaja. Since my dad worked as an estate manager, so, agak susah nak reach for the nearest medical inst., and bila things dah maju skit, ke clinic la saya dilahirkan. and, and, I'm the only child yang started wearing disposable diapers. yang lain pakai lampin kain ye.. huhu. What a revelation. ngeee.. And Mommy said since lahir pagi2 buta, only 2 babies yang born; Me and this Chinese boy. So, whoever that thinks he was born in Teo's Specialist Clinic, Miri on May 11th 1991, sila la roger, I would love to meet you one day. The last time we were together was side-by-side on the baby's container thingy itue.. :p

Oh, well, those were the things I did NOT expect on my real birth date.. How about now? I've received threats my roomies nak b*g*lkan saya. dush! -.-. I'll definitely will sleep early tonight untuk mengelak! (umm, well, after bergayut dengan Mr A, and balas2 bday texts) Sempat kan? :D

Yesterday, Daddy, Mommy, Alla and me went to Sri M*l*yu to have dinner, like we usually did on weekends.. i'm sure you bloggers, or anyone must hold this tradition, it's like a must right? :) this really reminds me of when i was way small, when nobody was married, or having kids, or even went to overseas yet, semua dalam rumah itue present. kan? you will feel home, eventhough you're not really at home eating dinner. I remembered when Along and Tun's time, when he was in boarding school, Mommy will cook lunch, and menu wajib would be telur hancur..., YES! ap2 pown, seriously sedap! hee.. i wouldn't lie to you, especially makan ngan nasi with kicap. :D I would get soo excited if nak jumpe Along mase kat SA*D, and Tun at Moz*c just for that telur hancur.. :p (and also visit him as well). but, things have changed, and people do change. See? Even kami makan pun empat orang sahaja, and things grew in silence now. Kakak2 and abang, bile la nak makan ramai2 lagi? being the last child in the family really experience things, and I can trully see people and things come and go.. :(

Where do we start?

It's 12.25 pm, on May 7th, 2010 and i'm waiting for my mom at home. Whoever that waited for so long for me to update, buleyla kira berapa lama saya tak update. :p Thanks to my friends yang keep on asking me to update, and dengan kesedaran yang ada, I'm starting over my posts. yea! :D Since it's summer semester now, (my program is according to season, so sekarang it's summer in the States, even though Malaysia expereince sun all year, but yeah, it's SUMMER!) Okay, so back to story, since it's my Summer and the last semester, we only have to take maximum 5 credit hours of subject. It means that one class per day! wuhoo! buley dikatakan free la juga, but not so for me. I'm taking Calculus this sem, so nak kene struggle skit. (okay, BANYAK skit. :p) But classes now are taking easy, the lecturers pun cool sahaja, just go with the flow.

Guess what? Remember that my university applications i did, finally they replied.. So, I'm enrolling to...

As you can see that it is near Canada, so it's going to be chilly all year, i think. Kalau tak putih macam mat salleh nie tak tahu la kan.. :p but it's going to be so cold I will want to eat much more, sebab lapar..is that true? grin Oh and yang memang tak buley blah nye, it's going to be us 4 sahaja yang ke sana, since JPA doesn't allow their students fly off sana. Ainaa, Omar, Airil and me sahaja.. and seriously we don't even know where to start. Yikes! Well, getting the university doesn't mean you'll fly off, i mean, i'm still under sponsorship, and kalau la tak lepas kcut off point tu, mampus den. Stakat nie, pass la, alhamdullilah, but this summer sem really determines everything. so much for my relaxness..lol

How time flies right? i still cannot believe i'm turning 19! another year it would be 20, then 21, 22, 23..! okay, way to much to handle..:p let's settle for 19 now. :) I know it's going to the usual stuff, kan? I'm not expecting much actually this year. Maybe all being
"I'm being treated like crap after being super nice to others" keep me thinking that people just treat me like crap sometimes. seriously.. emotional much? huhu. Don't worry people, this will not last long, I promise. :) So yeah, being in the down low would be perfect for me. Maybe that was one of the reason why i did not update, maybe lying low would be the best thing to do. right?

whoa! i think this is far long since my last update! rasenye there are no words to describe how sorry i am,seriously! :p i don't know,maybe you bloggies stopped to follow my entries, sebab SANGAT LA OUTDATED.. -.- it's already 2010 for god's sake! yet, still no entries! :p

oh well, Spring 2010 (that's my new semester's called) has been hectic! seriously, kami se batch rasenye shock sekejap kot mengenangkan banyak gile bende to do,with so little time. :( but nak buat macam mane, do we have any other choice? one of my roomies did say, "takmau blaja la, nak kawin terus!" lol :p tuh mmg case tak tahan..:D

I'm still waiting for snow to fall! I know,i know, UK jarang snow because of the geographical position, tapi still,nak jugak berharap..! Everything is ok here, tapi I'm keeping having this foot cramps that simply do not want to go away! -.- sakit tahu? erk! I really want to go back home, weather wise of course..Malaysian climate suits me well! :p

Not much happened sangat,sebab dok lame sangat disini, so we take it really slow.. takde la keluar berjoli everyday.. *grin* But i bet it's gonna be a bit hectic for the next two weeks ahead since Daddy and Cinderella is coming...We planned on heading to Sc*tl*nd, then maybe L*v*rpo*l then Oxf*rd..(Tapi tak plan ape2 lagi! :p) ngee... Heyya! Sorry for the lattteee update, honestly, I didn't go anywhere this couple of days, so mmg takde gambar baru.. (ceit,tunggu gambar baru, then i'll update.. hit me please! :p) Nothing much occured at home, semuanya helping skit2 menjaga Diya and baby Icha while waiting for Tun to recover..

Tip: If you're pregnant overseas, sila pastikan anda beranak selain musim WINTER.. :p

It's just that in winter, your activities starting to get more limited everyday sebab sejukk, and it also effects sedikit on the baby..Once haritu, when after Mommy mandikan Icha, and nak pakaikan baju,you can see her hands (the baby) went a bit blue, nak ke black! (satu hal juga sebab baju itu nk pakai susah,so lambat sedikit) :p and Im worried tengok Tun too,she's not doing well sgt, sakit2 badan semua, maybe sejuk is one of the factor.. Tun,get well soon okay? Remember the deal nak main Wii supaya kurus? Set that in mind! :p

Finally, after the waiting,the runting and the ramblings..(okay,i'm exaggerating :p), the baby is finally out! Kami penat menunggu sampai we had a bet when is the big day. Izy voted for Dec 3, mine is Dec 4, and Mommy was Dec 5..Sape menang Ubie bagi 10 pounds..*eyes changing to $$* :p Well, guess what??

Actually saya patut menang tau, sebab Tun was already having contractions on the 4th, so they

(Ubie and her) went to the hospital that evening.. but the baby tak mau keluar lagi, sampai la at 2 am, (technically, I should get half of the money, kan?) :p But yang penting Tun and the baby's safe. Sorry lambat sangat post pasal bende nie.. I'm too cold to even type short sentences..*sorokkan tangan dalam blankie* :D So, are you guys ready?!

For me the medical system here is great! well,mmgla ade some downs (like the mommys yang nak beranak, they cannot datang hospital until contractions are 30 seconds interval, kalau tak,die suruh makan panadol dlu,or jalan2 supaya cepat beranak)..kelakar kan? :p but come to think of it, it's a government hospy, and it's all FOC, so takpela.. huhu.. tapi the service is excellent, they will try every method for everybody's own convinience.. :)

Cheers! (or Hello to be exact.. :) ) It'a been 3 days here in Cardiff,and it's freaking cold out here! It's 3 degrees Celcius and decreasing.. burrr.. :p Sangat sejuk okie,and I miss Malaysia already.. and to make it worse, I'm having a high fever, in this kind of climate.. teruk tak? :( I feel miserable..I lost my appetite too.. last night I was up every hour nak vomit je kerja..My sister said that maybe I was adjusting to the season..I hope that I can get usd to it later.. mm..

Yeah, dah habis TOEFL! (on saturday) (like someone once said, "Test of English Freaking Language" lol :p Well,hell yeah it was challenging,but I guess I did my very best, just hope that the results will be "best" too! I just figured out why I was tercampak jauh ke PJ, while everybody else was in KL, is that it is alphebetically organized, so, the last comers, (P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X,Y,Z) semuanya tempat lain.. Disebabkan all MARA candidates were put up first, memang ciput sahaja student INTEC. Nontheless, it's okay that less people are present, takla pressure sangat! ;)

uu,uu, nak cerita.. sangat la tak adil okeyh.. This place is basically an office building, so for starters, it's a bit small, it consists of rooms and some have qubical dividers so that one person can have a small space of his or her own. Mine??!! Can you imagine my place was a SMALL EXAM DESK, punye la kecik, muat2 letak segedebuk monitor and keyboards, on the same level! Some are lucky, they got an office table, table yang panjang tuh, all by themselves!

Tak selesa nak tulis2 (for notes) sebab sempit, so I have to shift the things and make it in different arrangements every single section (reading, speaking, writing and listening).. dush! dah la exam, mmg merosakkan mood, seriously! Not to mention the drilling and hammering (sebab building tuh under construction, buley?) I think all the students macam dah lali je dengar bunyi bising..I know I did. :p haih.. seriously, these things can disturb ya! But on the plus side, my meja was painted bright green, agak chomel..,so boley dimaafkan..*grin*

On Sunday, it was time nto celebrate Adam's 3rd birthday! Along and Kak Liss decided that they wanted to have a party at McDonald's.. Free meal, that's for sure! Kebetulan it was in Shah Alam, dekatt aja dengan Mr A punyer hostel..wuhoo! (Don't get me wrong,he's not in the picture) *sigh* Mr A sprained his ankle mase main futsal hari tuh.. :( So, kalau nak die datang pun kesian la pulak.. There's not much to say actually, because there not much going on in my life right now... I just got off Facebook, and i've been seeing my friends with their significant others, just spending time together in parks and taking pictures with those big Nikon cameras.., or some just hang out in eateries.. sangat jealous okie..Why it doesn't apply to me and Mr A?? Adakah some people are just destined to see each other selalu, while other couples kene stay put and pretend everything is ok? *sigh* I'm just saying that I'm not as lucky as they are..

I'm feeling feverish and having a major sore throat.. =.= seriously, it's been a while since I have my last cold.. I hate when I'm sick,especially in the morning where all the kahak2 kuning terkumpul and you just want to spit it out, but it's hard because your throat is swollen..ayoo.. (and I think I was infected from Baby Luke's) :p Is it just me,or I do often get infected with the todlers..? First chicken pox from Diya, and now this.. huhu..

Yes, it's Day 4 of the holidays, and I'm freaking BORED! I miss the days when I'm up for classes, and hanging out with the Eugenites (which was the best part) :p, and just study (can we minus the exams,it's just not my thing) :)) It's soo sad that we're not going to be in the same class anymore.. All have been disected into majors,it's not going to be fun though..(because the serious time is on!) just hope everybody remembers everbody.. *wink2* Attention to Nabilah dearie, ingat janji2 manis mu untuk bawa kami jalan2 dengan future baby anda! ngee..

And yes, I'm flying off to C*rd*ff this November!! *joget2 tak sedo diri* hee... I'm super duper excited for niece #2 to come out..;) ngee..and to meet Diya, Tun and Abe Ubie.. yea! also, the hunting for stuff begins! (Tun, anda bagi budget kan? :p) yea!

yea! I'm finally home! yess! jangan jealous kakak2! :p hee... well, I've just finished my finals on Thursday, and i'm totally fried, UNTIL NOW! maybe the whole packing up and evacuating the building was hell of a task! me climbing up and down the STAIRS from 5th floor angkat barang2 sume..., not good.. =.= hee.. nevertheless, i'm soo glad that we ADFPians cuti palingg lama among other programms! :p 2 bulan! hee.. but still, the pressure is on as I have to sit for TOEFL this November! wish me luckk! *criossing fingers*

Owh,yeah, i've already got my SAT test scores... and I PASS!! yea! *lompat2* But I'm not going to reveal it here though, takla impressive sangat.. there are my friends yang LAGI TINGGI kot markah mereka...well, one thing for sure, Tun, Izy, you can scratch UIUC out..totally out of my leaugue.. i'll strive for Indiana, or Minessota then.. :p ngee..

Speaking of home, Adam and Baby Luke sangat la dah besarr! Adam,seriously getting smarter then ever, petah bercakap, (and that explains a lot for Diya having the courage to tell a story to you Tun) :p Ngee.. As for Baby Luke, pity him for having a fever (yang serious sampai kalau pegang je kepala die,he'll cry, sangat loud! ) maybe sebab sejuk sangat.. chumel sangat though.. :)

I think I've started my entry with "It's been a while", right? well,hell yeah,it's been a while! mmg lama gile tak update,all pictures pown saya upload kat Facebook aja.. :p I'm really sorry to make you guys wait for my entry, and some of us had commented at FB, tanye bile nak update2 blog saya.. *wink2 at Dyana* :p hehe.. there's no excuse of me being malas.. i noe.. err,but seriously,bile memikirkan balik nak type panjang2 sume, jadi MALAS sebentar.. :D Note that I do not prefer tulis pendek2,nak tulis,biar panjang terus! ;)

School's almost over, as in the semester at least.. have around 2-3 weeks in INTEC, and everyday seems to be shorter and shorter.. and I realize how am I going to miss my friends,hanging out,having dinner together and pizza lunches.. (padahal baru sekali) :) ngee...

Surely to miss you! and this surely reminds me of my girlfriends, Se7en! yes, kite semua perlu keluar, even having a sleepover would be great! ;) (tapi,bilakah??) :D

But we can fly over there nnt.. ;) Tapi, ape2 pown,I'm hoping to settle in UI, UIUC would be better.. :) *amin* owh,yes, and I've also taken my SAT exams in Subang Jaya last Saturday.. umm, it looked easier than the practice tests, but never underestimate the English section.. *no-no finger* sangat complex,ok? err... Hope I did well.. *double amin* :)

I've just finished breaking fast with my family..(well, not so bukak puasa for me though..you know what i mean..) :p Izy has been reminding me to update about Luqman ever since, and i've been really malas la these days.. I was just about to stop translating my transcripts, I realise.. how much i miss school... :) both KKB and TGB.. Imagine all the work that we, as ex high school students kene buat dulu!

1. Guys, remember tak buku scrap english time form 2, we have to do about "Potato People","Robinson Crusoe" and "Phantom of the Opera"? (hey! i ingat the titles! :p) Suke sangat assignment tu, and i still ingat.. :p well,of course, mine was not the best, as my tulisan yang besar gedabak tuh didn't mesmerize Ms. Aidarinah enough.. *grin*

2. Not to mention, BM pulak, dengan calender pasal "Kapten Hassan", and album "Panas Salju".. huhuh! I almost cried nak buat those "creative works" tau..! hehe.. but that finally paid off.. :)

3. ADD MATHS HOMEWORK! can anybody forget that?! the teachers saje je bagi handout colour2 to attract us, nak colour ap? U name it..sume ade.. tapi tak siapkan pown.. well,at least saya tak siapkan.. :D suke sangat tiru orang lain punyer.. adehh.. and I don't blame anyone for my dumbness of maths sampai sekarang.. *ketuk kepala* :p

4. Eventhough most TGB kids didn't take art subject for an extra A, but we still have to do drawing in BIOLOGY.. :p sudah tersedia maklum yang my writing is extra large, so mesti la lukisan pown besar! (seriously, i can't get enough! ;p).. so, let's calculate..

5. Speaking of remembering, it reminds me of Ms Anis Suhailin, the godess of HISTORY! ngee.. I can say that she is like Puan Isni (kat KKB), tapi more radical gitue.. hehe..boley tak bayangkan every week mesti ade handouts yang sie buat sendiri, and die check, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US,PAGE BY PAGE, BUAT KE TAK.. kalau ade "lubang2" tak jawab, kene conteng muke dengan marker la jawabnya.. :p good times...good times... :)

and all of that paid off.. thanks to them, everything just seem so real..

so,kawan, saya berpesan kepada anda (dan kepada diri sendiri.. :p).., if anything yang cikgu soh buat, sila rajin2 kan diri untuk buat.. u'll realize that it is important for the future... :)
